What happened in our July board meeting?

Mansfield Cold Weather Night Shelter - Hannah is working with a steering group to organise next winter's shelter. More volunteers from other churches in Mansfield would be most welcome to work alongside many of those involved in last winter's shelter.

Faith Action Network Nottingham - Hannah is helping to plan an Away Day for members to look at FAN's goals and future direction.  She is also helping to set up a food network group of soup run providers in Nottingham.

Super Kitchen - All Souls Church, the Arimathea Trust, a youth project and the Radford Visiting scheme are joining together with Super Kitchen to run a meal on a Weds lunchtime starting mid-August in Radford.

Basic Budgeting Courses - our course, delivered by Anne-Marie to the Troubled Families Programme, was very well received as was the training for trainers course with 58i.

Promoting Collaboration between Church-led Debt Courses and Advice Nottingham - this work is going well.

TNT Annual Review - our Board will refine and make more explicit our purpose and ways of working - further details coming soon.  Initial findings of our organisational MOT show that our organisation is working well and we are identifying ways in which we can improve even more.
