What we do

Nottingham Street Pastors is a street and neighbourhood-based project that is part of the Malt Cross Trust. We go out into the community to love, care for, support and listen to those we meet. We go out in the city centre between 10pm-3am on Friday and Saturday nights, in Sneinton between 7pm-11pm on Friday nights and in Bulwell between 7pm-11pm on first 3 Fridays of the month and the 4th Saturday of the month between 11am-3pm
Types of volunteers needed: 
Volunteer roles: Street Pastor – Commitment of one shift a month for a year. Prayer Pastor – Praying for street pastors while they’re out on the street once a month. Fundraising – Primarily office based Monday-Friday 9.30am-5pm. Office support - Primarily office based Monday-Friday 9.30am-5pm. Street Pastors need to be over 18 and attend a local church.
