About Transforming Notts Together

Note of Support from Sir John Peace, Lord Lieutenant of Nottinghamshire:

“Transforming Notts Together is an important and valuable initiative that aims to make a real difference in breaking the cycle of poverty, and it is a great example of collaboration between the Church, charities, voluntary and community organisations, businesses and the public sector, working together to provide financial and practical support to those who need it most."

Our Aim

Our Objectives are to:

  • act as a catalyst to increase effectiveness and collaboration, working with existing and new projects that are helping to tackle poverty
  • raise awareness of poverty and its impact on children, people and communities and provide mechanisms for others to respond effective

Our key priorities for 2014-2017
